The most comprehensive session offered, our 5-day Cryogenics and Safety Course covers all subject matter in cryogenics. Designed to provide a solid foundation to engineers, designers, cryogenic operators, technicians, and all cryogenic users, we ensure you will be trained to work safely and effectively in cryogenic applications. 2-Day General Cryogenic Safety Course

This course includes 4 sections given over 2 full 8-hour days - cryogenic fluids, properties and behaviors of fluids, cryogenic materials for low temperature service, acceptable and compatible materials for the various fluid services, cryogenic equipment, inner construction and assembly-tanks, valves, piping, hoses, components, and a cryogenics safety section, cryogenic physical and equipment hazards, high pressure gas. Safety is presented throughout the material, as well as ASME applicable standards and codes that apply to pressure containing components. 

2-Day LNG Safety Course

Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) is creating fast-growing pathways into the aerospace and energy applications. CRYOCO has experience in designing courses that will increase the knowledge base of your engineering and technical staff to make a difference in the marketplace, all the while ensuring the utmost safety.  A 2-Day Technicians Safety Course or a 5-Day Engineering Course are both available in the LNG applications.

2-Day LNG and Methane Cryogenics Training

This course includes 4 sections given over 2 full 8-hour days and concentrates on: LNG/Methane applications as a fuel, cryogenic fluids LN2, LNG, Methane, properties and behaviors of fluids, cryogenic materials for low temperature hydrocarbon and general service, acceptable and compatible materials LNG services, cryogenic equipment, inner construction and assembly-LNG tanks, valves, piping, hoses, components,  a general cryogenics safety section, flammable cryogenic physical and equipment hazards, and high pressure gas. Safety is presented throughout the material, as well as standards and codes that apply to pressure-containing components. The final section provides specific safety topics that include management of flammable products and by-products. 

2-Day Liquid Nitrogen Course

This course includes 4 sections given over 2 full 8-hour days and presents: cryogenic fluids, properties and behaviors of fluids, cryogenic materials for low temperature service, acceptable and compatible materials for the various fluid services, cryogenic equipment, inner construction and assembly-tanks, valves, piping, hoses, components, a cryogenics safety section, and cryogenic physical and equipment hazards, and high pressure gas. The focus is how to safely use liquid nitrogen systems and products for various applications and materials compatibility. This course is helpful for engineers, safety staff, technicians, and managers and also includes medical use of liquid nitrogen as well as cryogenic testing for it. Safety is presented throughout the material, as well as ASME applicable standards and codes that apply to pressure containing components. We also offer facility support for liquid nitrogen systems. 

2-Day Liquid Oxygen Course

This course includes 4 sections given over 2 full 8-hour days and presents: cryogenic fluids, properties and behaviors of fluids, cryogenic materials for low temperature service, acceptable and compatible materials for the various fluid services, cryogenic equipment, inner construction and assembly-tanks, valves, piping, hoses, components, a cryogenics safety section, and cryogenic physical and equipment hazards, and high pressure gas. The focus is how to safely use liquid oxygen systems and products for various applications and materials compatibility. This course is helpful for those in aerospace, medical fields, research and safety/testing sites. Safety is presented throughout the material, as well as ASME applicable standards and codes that apply to pressure containing components. We also offer facility support for liquid oxygen systems.
